Is that Mick Jagger? Not exactly, but it might as well be! Mick Adams is the front man of this classic rock tribute to the Rolling Stones. Adams has the look, the sound and even the name to perfectly replicate the Stones’ performances! This tribute artist is the only Mick Jagger impersonator that has been featured on AXS TV’s The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands. In fact, he has even performed on the program FOUR times.
As former lead vocalist for Bo Donaldson and the Heywoods, Mick has toured with the likes of Tommy James, The Turtles and The Monkees. He has also performed with well-known artists such as Spencer Davis, Rick Springfield, Johnny Rivers, Neil Sedaka and rock and roll Hall-of-Famer Sam Moore. In addition, Mick’s band, Mick Adams and the Stones have recorded songs for AXS TV’s The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands. It’s all in the name. ZZ’s Best really is the best tribute act to the legendary band ZZ Top! Having played around the entire country, ZZ’s Best is the tribute that gets return visits to every venue they perform in. Playing all the major hits and then some, ZZ’s Best continually brings their A game! The band originally started out in Florida and the group would play at all the major clubs. After years of doing the normal club scene, Paul Jennings (aka – Rusty Grille) decided to move the band in a new direction.
