Nevada Concert & Entertainment Booking Agency
Nevada is the entertainment capital of the world in the broadest sense, and also one of the most misunderstood markets for buyers who assume the Strip handles everything. Las Vegas casino residencies and headline concerts in the major arenas are booked through the largest talent agencies in the country, with relationships and fee structures developed over decades. That segment of the market is not where TSE adds value for Nevada buyers.
Where TSE adds substantial value in Nevada is in the market segments those agency relationships don’t serve: the Las Vegas corporate event circuit (convention-driven, high-budget, and operating on procurement timelines that require an independent buyer-side advocate), the National Finals Rodeo entertainment ecosystem (dozens of Las Vegas casino properties booking country acts for NFR week each December, contracted directly and at rates the Strip doesn’t publish), the Reno corporate and casino market, and the Nevada rodeo and fair circuit that runs from late spring through fall across the state.
TSE Entertainment has spent more than 50 years booking nationally recognized touring artists exclusively on behalf of buyers. We know the difference between what a Las Vegas casino will pay for a country act in October and what the same act will cost during NFR week. That knowledge is worth real money to our clients.

Who We Book For in Nevada
TSE works with the full range of Nevada entertainment buyers:
- Las Vegas corporate and convention events: Las Vegas hosts more major conventions and corporate meetings than any other city in the country. The Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and convention facilities at most major Strip and off-Strip properties generate enormous year-round demand for headline entertainment at corporate galas, product launches, incentive events, and private company parties. These buyers operate with procurement standards and compliance requirements that independent buyer-side representation serves exceptionally well. TSE books headline entertainment for convention and corporate event clients who need the deal to be clean, documented, and competitive.
- NFR week casino entertainment (December): The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo brings more than 175,000 visitors to Las Vegas each December for ten days of championship rodeo at the Thomas and Mack Center. During NFR week, every casino property in Las Vegas (and dozens of off-Strip properties) books country music acts, rodeo celebrities, and Western entertainment for viewing parties, showroom concerts, and special events. This is one of the most concentrated short-window entertainment buying periods in the country, and the acts available during NFR week command a premium that rewards buyers with early planning and routing intelligence. TSE has deep country music booking relationships and NFR market experience.
- Las Vegas off-Strip casino showrooms: Off-Strip Las Vegas casinos (South Point, Palace Station, The Orleans, Gold Coast, Sunset Station, and others) book mid-tier to headline entertainment in their showrooms on a regular schedule throughout the year. These properties serve the local Las Vegas population rather than the tourist market, which means their entertainment buying operates on different timelines and different genre preferences than the Strip. TSE books for off-Strip casino buyers who want consistent mid-tier programming at competitive prices.
- Reno corporate, casino, and fair events: Reno is Nevada’s second-largest city and a distinct entertainment market. The Reno Rodeo in June is one of the largest PRCA-sanctioned rodeos in the country, drawing more than 100,000 attendees and creating significant entertainment demand around the main event. The Reno Sparks Convention Center and the casino properties along the Virginia Street corridor (Grand Sierra Resort, Atlantis Casino Resort, Peppermill Resort) all book headline entertainment year-round for their showrooms and convention events. TSE works with Reno buyers across all three of these categories.
- Nevada rodeos and fairs: Beyond the Reno Rodeo and NFR, Nevada has an active circuit of regional rodeos and county fairs. The Clark County Fair and Rodeo in Logandale, the Lyon County Fair and Rodeo, the Douglas County Rodeo in Gardnerville, and smaller events across the state provide consistent mid-tier entertainment demand from May through October.
Why TSE's Approach to Nevada Is Different
In most states, TSE’s primary value proposition is routing intelligence: we identify when a touring act is building a regional leg and negotiate fees that reflect the routing value of a date rather than the agency’s ask. In Nevada, that dynamic applies to Reno and the regional markets, but Las Vegas requires a different explanation.
Las Vegas has more entertainment activity than any city in the world, which means it also has the most established and most entrenched artist-side pricing relationships. Every major talent agency has a Las Vegas desk, a Las Vegas rate card, and a Las Vegas set of pricing expectations. Buyers who approach the Las Vegas market without independent buyer-side representation consistently pay above what the market requires.
TSE’s buyer-side representation in Las Vegas is valuable precisely because we are not part of those established pricing relationships. We do not have a Las Vegas rate card to protect. We negotiate based on what our clients need to pay, what the act’s tour economics actually require, and what leverage exists in the specific booking context, whether that is a convention event in November, an NFR week booking in December, or an off-Strip showroom date in March.

Nevada Entertainment Budgeting Guide
Nevada’s entertainment market has uniquely wide fee ranges driven by the different buyer types operating in the same city simultaneously. The following reflects realistic expectations for TSE’s Nevada buyer categories:
| Venue / Event Type | Typical Act Tier | Approximate Fee Range | |||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
|
|
| |||
| Mid-tier national act |
| |||
| Country / A-list touring act | $50,000 – $300,000+ | |||
| Mid-size arena / amphitheater | Mid-tier national act | $25,000 – $150,000 | |||
| Reno corporate or casino event |
|
| |||
| Nevada rodeo (Reno Rodeo and others) | Mid-tier country / western act |
|
Important: These ranges represent flat guarantee structures, the standard deal type for corporate events, rodeos, and casino showrooms. They do not include production, travel, or hospitality costs, which are negotiated separately. TSE will provide a detailed cost projection specific to your event at no charge.
What "Buyer-Side" Actually Means for You
Most talent agencies represent artists. Their job is to get those artists the highest possible fee. TSE Entertainment represents you: the event organizer, the casino entertainment director, the convention event planner. Our job is to get you the best possible artist at the lowest possible cost.
That means we have no incentive to push a particular act, no commission coming from the artist side, and no conflict of interest when we tell you an offer is strong, or that you should hold firm.
In a city where every talent agency has a Las Vegas rate card, having a buyer-side advocate with no rate card to protect is the most valuable thing we bring to the table.
About TSE Entertainment
TSE Entertainment is an Austin, Texas-based talent buying and event management agency with more than 50 years of experience booking nationally recognized touring artists for fairs, festivals, casinos, theme parks, rodeos, and corporate productions across the United States and Canada.
We operate exclusively as a buyer-side intermediary, meaning we book artists through their management and agencies on behalf of our clients. We do not represent artists. That distinction defines how we work and who we work for.
TSE serves Nevada clients across all major markets, including Las Vegas, Reno, Henderson, Sparks, Carson City, and the Nevada rodeo and fair circuit statewide.
