The City of Baytown, Texas, with diverse demographic populations totaling about 85,000 people was looking for event booking for various genre entertainers to attract citizens of Baytown at multiple events throughout the year. The City is part of the Houston Metropolitan Areas.
The vendor would serve as the coordinator for event entertainment for all of the City’s entertainment events, including the Juneteenth Celebration, 3rd & 4th of July festival, Grito Fest, Party on the Peninsula and other smaller events with an annual entertainment budget of close to $500,000
Responsibilities included
- Booking and coordinating all event entertainment
- Recommending entertainers to the city
- Preparing entertainment budgets
- Providing staff members on site to assist with the event production.
