Booking live music for 2026 & 2027. Holiday, New Year’s Eve, and spring dates fill first.
Venue Entertainment Booking · Est. 1975
Hire bands for venues, casinos, resorts, and restaurants, or book a band for an event like a wedding, corporate night, or private party. One agent finds the act, checks the date, and handles the contract, the rider, and the logistics. Booking bands for venues nationwide since 1975.
Booking bands for venues is what we do every day. TSE books live music and entertainment for casinos, resorts, restaurants, clubs, event planners, and private hosts. Whether you need a band for one Saturday or a full season of weekend programming, you get a booking agent who knows which acts actually draw and which ones show up ready to work.
Booking a band yourself means chasing demos, checking availability, negotiating blind, and hoping the act you heard online is the act that walks in the door. We have been doing this since 1975. We already know.
Booking artists for private events works the same way, whether that is a wedding reception, a company holiday night, or a milestone party.
When people book live bands for venues, the money almost always lands in one of three ranges. Tell us the room and the night and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
Travel, lodging, and production affect the final number. We quote all-in.

Pick a genre, a decade, or a format. We book live entertainment for venues across all of it, which means one call covers the whole calendar instead of a different agency for every kind of night.

A representative selection of past bookings, not an active representation roster.
We book entertainment for venues and private events as an agency, not a listings site. That makes us a great fit for some bookings and the wrong choice for others. Here is the honest split.
Date, city, room size, crowd, stage and sound capability, and a budget range. If you are not sure what a band should cost for your space, say so and we will tell you.
Your agent sends a short list of bands and performers that fit the room and the money, with the date already confirmed as open. No dead ends, no scrolling a public roster.
Contract, deposit, rider, advance, and show-day coordination all run through your agent. You approve the act and get back to running the venue.
We recently opened up a new honky tonk in B.C., Canada. Nancy helped us find the perfect band. Thank you again, Nancy!
As an events director, I cannot say enough great things about TSE Entertainment. They are so easy to work with and have made booking music for our events incredibly smooth. We never have to worry about anything. Teaming with TSE has been a game-changer for us.
I have done many events with TSE over a number of years and they are competent, professional, and all their events go off smoothly. They book the best entertainment possible that fits our budget and audience. They do all the logistics and they make me look good to my clients.
Share the room, the night, and a budget range. An agent comes back with acts that are actually available, usually within one business day.
Typical reply within 1 business day · No obligation · We never sell your information
Start with the date, the room, the crowd, and a budget range. A TSE agent sends back bands that are actually available for that date and fit the space, then handles the offer, the contract, the rider, and the day-of details. You approve the act and we do the rest. Most buyers hear back within one business day.
Venue bookings work a little differently from one-off events because you are usually filling a calendar, not a single night. Tell us the room capacity, the nights you program, what has drawn well before, and what you can pay per night. We then build a rotation of acts that suits the room, and once it is running we handle rebooking, contracts, and advance for every date so your staff does not have to. Same process whether you book live bands for venues on a season rotation or book live band for venue openings and one-off nights.
Booking artists for private events starts the same way, with the date, the location, the guest count, and a budget. The difference is fit. A private party needs an act that reads the room rather than one that plays a set list at it, so we weight the recommendation toward performers with a track record in that setting. We handle the contract, rider, travel, and day-of coordination the same as any other booking.
A solo or duo acoustic act typically runs $1,200 to $5,000. A full party, cover, or tribute band commonly falls between $3,500 and $15,000 depending on size, travel, and night of the week. Recognizable touring names for a ticketed show start around $25,000. Travel, lodging, sound, and lights affect the final number, so we quote the all-in cost rather than just the artist fee.
Yes. We book bands for hire for private parties, weddings, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations, from a single acoustic guitarist during dinner to a full ten-piece dance band for the reception. Because we book professionally touring and working acts rather than a public listing site, the act you hear on the demo is the act that shows up.
Casinos and resorts are one of our largest client categories. We book showroom headliners, lounge and bar acts, tribute productions, and recurring weekend programming, and we work within casino insurance, W-9, and vendor onboarding requirements as a matter of routine.
Almost certainly. We book nationally and maintain relationships with working and touring acts in every major market, so we can source local musicians for a one-night booking or route a touring act through your market on a date that already makes sense for them. You do not have to be near us for us to book near you.
Artist research and availability, fee negotiation, contracts and deposits, technical and hospitality riders, stage plot and input list coordination, advance with the act, and show-day support. If you need production, sound, lights, or backline sourced too, we can arrange that as well. Book a live band for a venue through us and the paperwork is handled before load-in.
For a specific weekend date with a specific band in mind, 3 to 6 months is comfortable. Holiday season, New Year’s Eve, and spring wedding dates book earlier than that. Recurring venue programming is usually set a quarter or a season ahead. Short-notice dates do come together, so it is worth asking either way.
