TSE handles booking artists for events, booking musicians for events, and everything else that goes on a stage: comedians, tribute productions, DJs, speakers, and specialty performers. Talent booking for festivals, fairs, casinos, public concerts, and corporate events nationwide.
TSE handles entertainment booking for concert promoters, festivals, fairs, casinos, corporate events, municipalities, and private hosts, typically with entertainment budgets starting around $5,000.
Booking talent is the entire job here, not a service bolted onto something else. That matters when a lineup has a country act, a comedian, and a tribute production on it, because those are three different corners of the business and most agencies only work one of them.

Book music artists, comedians, or full production shows. Most events land in one of three ranges, and we will tell you honestly which one your budget reaches.
Booking entertainment for events across every genre and format, so one call covers the whole bill instead of a different agency for every slot.
The date, the market, roughly how many people you expect, and a budget range you can actually spend. Genre preference helps, but if you are still deciding, that is exactly what an agent is for.
You get a short list of acts that fit the date, the routing, and the money. Availability is checked before you ever see a name, so nothing on the list is a dead end.
Offer, fee negotiation, contract, rider, travel, advance, and show-day coordination, handled by the same agent from first call through settlement.
Fifty years of booking musicians for events across country, rock, Latin, R&B, blues, jazz, hip hop, and comedy.
Before you send anything, know whether we are the right team for the job. Our best partnerships start with a buyer who already knew they were in the right place.

Share your event and budget range. An agent comes back with artists that fit, usually within one business day.
Start with four things: the date, the market, roughly how many people you expect, and a budget range you can actually spend. Send those to an agent and you get back a short list of artists who are available on that date and fit the money. Booking artists for events after that is our job, not yours. We make the offer, negotiate the fee, issue the contract, work the technical and hospitality rider, and coordinate the advance through show day.
Artist research and availability checks, routing, fee negotiation, contracts and deposits, technical and hospitality riders, travel and lodging coordination, the show advance, and day-of support. If you also need production, sound, lights, backline, or sponsorship support, we can arrange those. Booking entertainment for events is the whole job here, not an add-on service.
Fees depend on demand, routing, production needs, and event type. Emerging touring acts, tribute productions, comedians, and specialty performers commonly run $5,000 to $10,000. Recognizable national touring artists sit between $10,000 and $50,000. Headline talent starts around $50,000 and climbs from there. Travel, lodging, and production are separate from the artist fee, so we quote the all-in number.
Within reason, yes. Booking musicians for events is most of our volume, from a single touring act on a community concert series up to a multi-day festival bill. The practical floor is around $5,000 in entertainment budget. Below that you are usually better served by a local musician you can hire directly.
Yes. Alongside booking talent in every music genre we book comedians, tribute productions, DJs, magicians and illusionists, speakers, family and touring shows, and variety and specialty performers. Working the whole range is the point, because it lets one agent build an entire bill instead of leaving you to coordinate several agencies.
For headline talent, 9 to 12 months is ideal because prime festival and fair dates fill early. For touring music artists and specialty entertainment, 3 to 6 months covers most dates. Short-notice availability does open up when routing shifts, so it is always worth asking.
No. There is no roster to scroll and no self-serve checkout. Every recommendation is put together by an agent around your date, market, budget, and audience.
