Shine On Floyd is a Pink Floyd tribute band that puts on a complete Pink Floyd experience concert including full light and laser show, background video wall, costumes, special effects, backup singers, audience interaction – and of course great music and vocals played note-for- note. And, they
even have a large inflatable pig!
Everyone loves Pink Floyd and Shine On Floyd does not disappoint. They play all the great Pink Floyd classics from the albums The Dark Side of the Moon, Animals, Wish You Were Here, The Wall, Momentary Lapse of Reason and more. From the haunting guitar parts in Shine On You Crazy Diamond to the iconic vocals and lead guitar solos of Comfortably Numb – audience members can close their eyes and think they are hearing the real Pink Floyd.
The band is made up of dedicated musicians who love everything Floyd and they strive to do justice to all the classic songs. They have three and four part vocal harmonies, two excellent lead guitar and lead vocalists, backup singers who bring passion and life to the stage, a keyboard player who somehow manages to play three keyboards at once, a drummer who is rock solid, great sax solos just like the albums, and a bass player who lays down the backbone. It is truly a Pink Floyd wall of sound.
The band plays to sold out shows and lots of standing ovations and smiles on faces.
