Diana Ross Tribute: Marva Scott
Marva Sott is spot on in her portrayal of the Supreme Diva, with dazzling costume changes and her uncanny look and sound-a-like skill as she re-creates the music of Diana Ross.
Marva dazzles as the Supreme Diva recreating the Motown sound with spot on vocal recreations of such chart topping hits as “Baby Love”, “Come See About Me”, “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” and many more! Marva performed for a year as Diana Ross, lead performer at Bally’s Las Vegas performer in ‘Solid Gold Soul’.
As a longtime member of ‘Legends in Concert’, Las Vegas’ long-running, tribute artist show, Scott seamlessly segued from Donna Summer and Diana Ross to Gladys Knight and Tina Turner. She dazzled audiences with her energy, talent and incredibly versatile vocal performances.
Marva Scott is known as one of the most versatile performers in the industry. She was the lead female vocalist role in the Stardust Las Vegas production ‘Enter the Night’ where she performed nightly for three years. She has been paying spot-on homage to a classic coterie of characters, from disco diva Donna Summer and Supremes superstar Diana Ross, to titillating Tina Turner and golden-throated goddess Gladys Knight and even comedy queen Whoopi Goldberg, for more than a decade.
I’ve booked Marva in shows for more than twenty years, as a singer, dancer, and now as an amazing tribute artist. She is professional, punctual, prepared and has all of her required tech needs ready and easy to accommodate. She engages the audience and her performance leaves a great impression on the audience. She’s dedicated to thoroughly entertaining her audience, even staying to meet and greet guests after the show. She is generous with her time and allows for photos and autographs. She’s such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her to any event or theatrical venue. — Mistinguett, Producer/Choreographer, Mistinguett Productions, Las Vegas, NV
